By using this website or requesting services from Old Town Towing ("Old Town Towing," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide towing, roadside assistance, auto repair and maintenance, and junk car purchasing in Northern Virginia. Service availability, response times, and arrival estimates (such as 30–45 minutes) are estimates only and may vary with traffic, weather, location, and demand.

Prices are quoted by phone or text before work begins. A quote is based on the information you provide (vehicle type, condition, location, distance). If the actual conditions differ, such as a different vehicle, difficult recovery, or a changed destination, we will tell you about any price change before proceeding.

Payment is due at the time service is completed. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and digital payments. For junk car purchases, payment is made on the spot at pickup once ownership documents are verified.

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the problem.
• Be present, or have an authorized person present, at pickup and drop-off.
• Remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle. We are not responsible for items left inside.
• Confirm you are the owner or are legally authorized to request service on the vehicle.

Offers are based on the year, make, model, and condition you describe and are subject to confirmation at pickup. You must provide proof of ownership (title or other documentation required under Virginia law). We may adjust or withdraw an offer if the vehicle does not match the description. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding sale.

We take reasonable care of every vehicle in our possession. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, damage caused by inoperable steering, brakes, or suspension, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and, in any case, to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Repairs are performed only after you approve the estimate. Parts and labor may carry a limited warranty as stated on your invoice. Vehicles left unclaimed more than a reasonable time after completion may be subject to storage fees as permitted by law.

You may cancel a service request at any time before a truck is dispatched at no charge. If a driver has already been dispatched or has arrived, a dispatch or cancellation fee may apply.
